One day a little girl was sitting and watching her mother do the dishes at the kitchen sink.

She suddenly noticed that her mother had several strands of white

hair sticking out in contrast on her brunette head.

She looked at her mother and inquisitively asked:

"Why are some of your hairs white, Mom?"

Her mother replied:

"Well, every time that you do something wrong and make me cry or unhappy, one of my hairs turns white."

Saturday night fever

It is already time. Are you ready? Tomorrow we will meet again. With the panettone of Carola, the exercises, the "hot" room... Try to invent something different tomorrow. I don't know , we could record a part of our lesson and then we could insert it in Youtube.

First of all I'm writing the homework for Nunzia e Carlo: Indirect speech-es.pg.59 n.2,(if you want n.3),pg.60 n.1(grammar2),pg.61 Exam focus; Neil gave us a paper about verbs..stop!(Is it correct guys?if no,correct them!!)
Olga: the advertisment was 'panettone Bistefani'wasn't it???I'd like to be Santa Claus in this period..I could do a lot of wanderful things...
Anyway,I made a mistake: I'll bring a Pandoro..no panettone!!!
Ok,I'll wacht the football match:Napoli vs Lazio..

PS. this evening a bad thing happened in Mugnano-my little town-: bad,stupid, cretin people threw away a huge amount of rubbish in the middle of the street,my street(is the principal streeet) and the drivers couldn't come back home after a rainy long day..I'm very sad and angry and disappointed..and a lot of strange feelings..our city is the most beautiful city in the world and Neapolitans aren't all bad..and I think that putting the rubbish in the street, in this moment,is not a right way to 'cut ' the problem.. Is a way to add another problem...
I'm sorry..I wanted to be 'positive'..mah!??

I saw all your videos(the swedish singer is very fascinating..!)and the photo of 'Brigata Carolina'. .but I think I'll sing for you 'Save the last dance'..at the end of course and after a bottle of wine,and with all the boys around me!!!Secondly,Olga you're a writer: your text is simply..full of passion,life. I hate winter but after that I'm changing my ideas.. you see the life in pink and it's a good thing! Then,I have given our blog address to a Japanese boy..so:write..write..write!!

Winter time

Not every winter mornings are boring, cloudy and windy.
There are some winter mornings in which I prefer walking down the streets rather than taking a bus.

Notwithstanding the cold, or the wind, you know.
Just walking alone downtown, among the noises of a city that is waking up.

Just thinking about something that for most of all is really nothing special.
Just feeling the smell, and the colours of the winter.

Everything around me is grey, or brown, or dark green, included the woollen scarf that I wear up.

And still I keep on walking, down the streets, downtown.
And I fell happy, and I don’t know why.
And I said to myself that there is something in the air, something for that – in spite of everything – it has been worth smiling.
